We are a small business but our access to high end HVAC equipment is the same as any large company. The owner of this company has almost 20 years experience and if we send someone to your home or business for service and installation of your HVAC system, they will have no less than 10 years’ experience in this trade because we are working men not salesmen.
Residential HVAC installation
We offer A/C, heat pump and furnace installation to keep your home the perfect temperature. Each installation comes with a 10-year warranty and one year labor. We can also install mini split units in your home, garage, barn or small business for areas that have no ductwork already installed.
Residential HVAC Repair and service
A/C and furnaces aren’t meant to last forever. Sometimes equipment needs to be repaired. We will give you an honest assessment of your home HVAC unit and if we can repair it then we will repair it at a reasonable price.
Commercial Ice Maker Cleaning
We service and clean commercial ice makers. Ice makers need to be professionally cleaned on a monthly or at minimum, a quarterly basis, so the equipment can work properly. Furthermore, dirty ice makers are a health hazard due to the buildup of bacteria within the system. Leave the cleaning to the professionals and call us for an ice maker service contract. CHARITY BEGINS
AT HOME
Charity begins at home, this is why we have partnered with a Non-Profit organization called The HIT Foundation in Preble County, Ohio, to provide HVAC services and repair to low-income seniors. To qualify for senior HVAC repair services with the HIT Foundation you must own your own home, be 60 years of age or older, be a resident of Preble County, Ohio, and meet 50% of Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines. To see if you qualify, contact the HIT Foundation by calling (937) 472-0500, ext. 408 to complete an application. If you are eligible, your HVAC needs MAY be covered by grant funding, community donations and donated services from Mechanical Options LLC.
